BIO

Emily Moran is an LA-based designer and stylist (Local 705).  She received her B.F.A. in Costume Design from CalArts, and through her studies, she developed a deep love of both character design and film theory.

With over a decade of wardrobe experience in film, television, music videos, and commercials, Emily's design work has been screened at film festivals like Sundance, Slamdance, Tribeca, Rotterdam, and LA Film Fest, and she's designed for clients such as Target, Allbirds, Google, and Facebook.

In addition to garment design (color and shape theory), Emily has experience in other areas of art-making that she's utilized in her work from metalworking to weaving which not only informs her design work but also inspires her near constant fabrication on and off set.
